If you installed Status Competition, you expressed signify that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by the following terms of services. If you not agree with our Terms of use, the ONLY recourse that you have is to not download, install or stop using Status Competition.
ParadiVision has reserved the rights, at its own discretion, to modify, add or remove elements from these terms of services. If we do, we will post a change of policy and we will make an annoucement in the About page. We will do our best to publish the new rules in advance, whenever this is possible. We advise that you check from time to time and read the latest version of our terms of services.
ParadiVision provides you with the use of Status Competition on an AS IS, with NO WARRANTY WHATSOEVER and on an AS AVAILABLE basis. Furthermore, you use the application AT YOUR OWN RISK. ParadiVision expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of functionality, merchantability, performance, security, accessibility, availability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
You understand and agree that if you downloaded, installed or used Status Competition you use it AT YOUR OWN RISK and THAT YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA that result from the download, installation or use of the Status Competition application.
ParadiVision will NEVER sell, rent or publish your personal information to third parties. The information that you submitted to us through the application stays private. But the Status that are accepted to enter in the competition will be stay visible to your friends, networks or everyone according with the rules of privacy you selected on Facebook.
ParadiVision does not assume any responsibility or liability for any information submitted to its application or for the misuse of any User Information submitted by Users or any other person, including any information accessed by a hacker or by any other malicious act.
Status Competition was developed by Jerome Paradis and Kim Vallee, the owners of ParadiVision, which own the intellectual property rights for the Status Competition application.
